1 . The waveform sieve plate generates micro turbulence at the inlet of the waveform slurry under the action of the waveform and rotor. Destroy the fiber mesh or flocs at the opening, separate the fibers and impurities, and fluidize the fibers. Due to the flow line of the waveform sieve plate being very suitable for the orientation of fibers, the effective opening rate of the sieve plate is greatly improved, thereby allowing the sieve plate opening to pass through more fibers. It can work at higher feed concentrations and can use smaller sieve holes or narrower sieve gaps. The processing of waveform sieve plates reduces the removal of longer and harder fiber residues, resulting in a decrease in the rate.
