Main purpose

 

The cleaning machine is mainly used for foreign objects such as nails, stones, screws, pebbles, etc. in pulp.

The cleaner provides unobstructed operation and prevents excessive wear and breakage of the rotating parts of the refining machine and other downstream equipment. Our series of cleaning machines comply with relevant industry standards and offer affordable prices.

The cleaning machine has a simple structure, small footprint, large processing capacity, convenient operation, no clogging and slagging, and good purification efficiency. The pulp should only pass through the machine once, without any tail pulp processing equipment, with zero fiber loss, long cone usage, no rotation, and no need for power. It can achieve slag removal effect when installed in the pulp conveying process. The centrifugal principle is used to remove impurities in pulp with different densities.

The upper part of the slag remover is made of stainless steel material, the lower part is made of polyurethane material, and the inner wall of the main body is designed with a spiral cone. Remove impurities such as sand, stone, and iron with a density greater than the particle size.
