After conducting market research, the company has developed an F-BAR wedge-shaped screening drum, which is used to achieve efficient screening of raw pulp and recycled fibers.
This mechanical design has robust mechanical assembly and high-precision positioning, which can minimize screen gap errors.
After multiple experiments, the F-BAR wedge-shaped sieve drum has shown significant effectiveness in removing impurities and pollutants, such as adhesive removal.
Under the same operating conditions, compared with other sieve drums in the market, the wedge-shaped sieve drum can achieve the maximum reduction of adhesive. More than three times the normal standard, the structural characteristics minimize the amount of welding and thus reduce deformation. Therefore, improving the overall accuracy of the screen drum also reduces the internal stress of the screen drum, enhances the strength of the screen drum, and greatly reduces defects such as strip shedding, drum ring cracks, and fractures.
Therefore, it greatly improves the service life of the sieve drum. This screening drum has received good feedback in the paper mill, with a 10% increase in production capacity and an improvement in pulp quality. The service life of the screening drum has been extended by 15%.

The thickened strengthening ring reduces the probability of screen drum damage, the wedge-shaped design expands the good slurry side, ensuring lower pressure drop, precise positioning processing technology, ensuring uniform distribution and spatial layout of screen rod bars, and increasing the removal efficiency of all heavy impurities. The screen gap size can be as small as 0.1 millimeters.
Specical welding process
Special welding processes and treatments ensure the overall strength of the screen drum and the elimination of residual stress during the welding process. Under the condition of high-speed operation of the rotor, the bar does not fall off, the screen seam size is relatively stable, and the quality of the good slurry is greatly improved.
The subsequent treatment of the sieve drum mainly includes the overall processing of the sieve drum, acid passivation, electrolytic polishing, and overall chrome plating. Excellent rod material selection can ensure that the coating thickness reaches 250-300um.
Accurate subsequent processing
After chrome plating on the inner and outer walls of the sieve drum, the color is consistent, smooth and flat. Wipe with cotton without hanging threads.
There are no indentations (depressions) on the mountain fruit, visible deformations, foreign objects, and inclusions ect.
Visual inspection of all welds should be uniform, without obvious defects such as porosity, slag inclusion, undercutting, cracks, arc pits, weld nodules, and lack of fusion ect.
