Doubie bar screen drum
On the basis of the original screen drum production, our company has developed a new type of double bar screen drum according to customer requirements.
Taking into account the characteristics of screen drum production both domestically and internationally, we have made significant improvements in its processing technology and assembly form based on the usage of the paper mill.
Its main advantage is that the shape of the rod has undergone significant changes, which is more conducive to the flow of slurry through the sieve gap and can effectively improve the problem of pulp blockage, especially for pulp with longer fibers. The connection between the bar and the drum ring adopts a special combination method, making the screening gap more uniform and improving the screening quality of the pulp.
This structure of screen drum can effectively resist the pulsating pressure generated by the slurry on the bar screen drum during use due to the increased strength of the bar bars, greatly improving the rigidity and fatigue resistance of the bar screen drum, prolonging the lifespan of the screen drum, and increasing the production capacity of the pressure screen.
Excellent design
The design of Delike sieve drum takes into account various aspects such as the selection of bar bars, processing of drum rings, welding of sieve drums, stress relief, subsequent treatment, chrome plating of sieve drums, etc., to ensure good screening performance and longer service life of sieve drums.

Accurate cutting control
The thickened strengthening ring reduces the probability of screen drum damage, the wedge-shaped design expands the good slurry side, ensuring lower pressure drop, precise positioning processing technology, ensuring uniform distribution and spatial layout of screen rod bars, and increasing the removal efficiency of all heavy impurities. The screen gap size can be as small as 0.1 millimeters.
Specical welding process
Special welding processes and treatments ensure the overall strength of the screen drum and the elimination of residual stress during the welding process. Under the condition of high-speed operation of the rotor, the bar does not fall off, the screen seam size is relatively stable, and the quality of the good slurry is greatly improved.
The subsequent treatment of the sieve drum mainly includes the overall processing of the sieve drum, acid passivation, electrolytic polishing, and overall chrome plating. Excellent rod material selection can ensure that the coating thickness reaches 250-300um.
Accurate subsequent processing
After chrome plating on the inner and outer walls of the sieve drum, the color is consistent, smooth and flat. Wipe with cotton without hanging threads.
There are no indentations (depressions) on the mountain fruit, visible deformations, foreign objects, and inclusions ect.
Visual inspection of all welds should be uniform, without obvious defects such as porosity, slag inclusion, undercutting, cracks, arc pits, weld nodules, and lack of fusion ect.
