Used for shredding waste paper and wet strength paper.
Structural characteristics
The new VOLES rotor enhances the water conservancy effect, improves the efficiency of fiber dispersion, enhances the functions of water circulation and fiber dispersion, and can continuously crush with low energy consumption.
The low groove structure allows for faster and more frequent contact between the slurry and the rotor, enhances mechanical action, and improves production capacity.
The rotor and discharge tray are raised above the bottom plane of the pulp crusher tank, forming a low-pressure flow area around the rotor to capture heavy impurities, which can extend the service life of the rotor and sieve plate.
